Chris Wood focuses primarily on complex antitrust litigation and dispute resolution, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in federal and state proceedings spanning domestic and international markets and a diverse array of products and industries. He employs his assorted experiences in the field to help his clients navigate — through a variety of counseling, training, and audit programs — the antitrust risks inherent in day-to-day competitive business practices, particularly with regard to sections one and two of the Sherman Act.
